On the hills of Florence, around wild meadows and native forests that we decided to establish our project. We came here to maintain and develop the heritage and knowledge of Tuscany, preserving traditions and authenticity, to continue the ancestral culture like olive and implemant the promising culture of Cannabis all around our lands. Our lands are composed by several olive groves, vegetables gardens and medicinal plants located in specific area that we start combine cannabis and local product intended to our futur cannabis preparations.

We choose outdoor because it’s the natural way, that means we do things by hand, with Tuscany sun, by real people living around. Our approach to agriculture is open and experimental, a blend of tradition and innovation, based on permaculture and bio-dynamic design principles. We grow our plants in living soil, so we don’t have to rely on chemicals. Our plants are organic and grown slow, just the way they should be.
We produce most of what we eat on the farm and sell a part to local consumers and families who care & love about healthy, organic food. We are surrounded by alpacas, chickens, a pig, a donkey and ducks. We recently received ten beehives which hold approximately 15000 bees each. We’ve decided to launch ourselves into apiculture not only because of the importance bees have in terms of pollination, but also because we aim to create a CBD infused honey that would combine the positive elements of both ingredients.
Our approach to agriculture is open and experimental, a blend of tradition and innovation, inspired by design principles like permaculture and bio-dynamism.
From olive to hemp, we are each year adding new kinds of cultures. By increasing the biodiversity of our lands, we are enriching our soils, improve watersheds and enhances ecosystem.
Through the year, we are hand picking olive, hemp, fruits and vegetables. Trimming hemp is made by hand for the flowers and we use trimmers to produce our CBD oil.
To maintain an enriched soil, we make our own fertilizers using lombris compost. So we can have a clear visibility on the nutrients we give to our plants.
By the analyse of our soil and stduy of our climant, an Italian geneticist is able to create the right genetics that will fit perfectly our conditions to grow the best sunflowers for you.
We chose to dry our flowers just after the trimming session. We have a large room intended for drying where we manage air, temperature and humidity.
For the extraction of our olives and our hemp, we used low temperature extraction to capture all the flavors and benefits of the fruits or flowers
To get a maximun of control on the quality of our products, we are making the bottling at the farm in the conditions sanitary of Alimentary.
Our olives are harvested by hand and cold pressed by the end of the day in a cooperative. Blended our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with CBD.
We extract all the parts of the plants, recovering the strong flavors of hemp and the active ingredients of the plant with all its benefits.
Most users prefer CBD products without THC content, because THC is a psychoactive molecule that could have unwanted effects.
WHAT WE BELIVE IN
The organic vegetable gardens are in production throughout the year, we also have a great variety of seasonal fruits all around the Domaine. Our olives are hand-picked and pressed in a matter of hours in a cooperative in the area. We produce approximately 500 litres of extra virgin olive oil per year. We count around 50 chickens that give us almost 20 eggs a day. Animals are here part of the team, they bring always their happiness and help us a lot to maintain the grass growth or be aware for the security alert in case of intrusion of others animals that can create damage on our crops.
Modern culture is a central part in life. It is a fact that over 30% of all green house gases are released by petrochemical agriculture and factory farms. In the course of this devastating food production process we are poisoning our soil, our water, our air and ourselves. Every day hundreds of thousands of tons of pesticides, herbicides, hormones, antibiotics, chemical fertilizers and greenhouse gases are burped, farted and dumped into the biosphere. A spectacular design failure that nevertheless continues to thrive and expand, supported by industry lobbied legislation and subsidized with billions in public founding.
It’s time to disrupt the failed system. Time to wake up and start writing a new story, the story of our generation. A generation that this far from prohibition and believe that cannabis can make a better world. We knew more than any previous one about who we are, where we are coming from and, most importantly where we are heading, a generation that finally woke up and put its knowledge to work, that placed cooperation over competition and quality over quantity, the story of a generation that started.
